Chairman

Dear Viewers,

In every nation, there are wounds to heal and in every community, there is work to be done and in every heart, there is the power to do it. (Marianne Williamson)

No words can capture the emotions nor describe the gratitude we feel at TVTA as we see many of our communities prosper, showing visible signs of an improved quality of life and standard of living.

I wish to borrow from Mahatma Gandhi’s legendary quotes often used on community service. He said, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” At TVTA, we are cognizant of the existence of serious prevailing educational and economic backwardness in our nation and we are aware of the rapidly growing problem of youth unemployment especially of university graduates and that there is an increasing number of several other problems such as; Overexploitation of our natural resources, HIV/AIDS, drug abuse, pollution, violence, environmental degradation and extreme poverty all of which do not only continue to impede our nation’s progress towards socio-economic development but also transcend frontiers and thus we have patriotically found that it is our responsibility to seriously advocate for them for the betterment of our nation.

As one of our core values at TVTA, we believe in the courage of conviction, encourage creativity, boldness, and innovation without the fear of failure as we work to make the greatest possible impact in the lives of the people in our societies. Through research and evaluation, with time TVTA is going to become the epitome and Zenith of hope for peoples’ relief and success in Tanzania and it is going to become the stucco of probity and prosperity.

At TVTA, We have a dream that one day Tanzania shall reveal her hidden beauty to  be the center of Innovations, the center of Inventions, the center of Discoveries, the center of Experimentations and the center of successful hard-working people. We have made this in our vision statement and our solidarity continues to make it remain our firm vision and that we shall even skip most of our resting hours for work so that we can push Tanzania that far to our dream.

As our name TRUE VISION TANZANIA suggests, TVTA addresses the TRUE COMMUNITY NEEDS and gives priority to projects that fit into the national development strategies so that we can make visible what without us might perhaps never have been seen.

In the same way Cesar Chavez believed, we too at TVTA believe that “we cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community… Our ambitions must be broad enough to include the aspirations and needs of others, for their sakes and for our own”

Through our strong commitment and highly diversified specializations and talents of our staff in our departments at TVTA, we look forward to see more flowering of our communities and more improvements in quality of life and standard of living.

Sincerely,

Respicius Rwehumbiza
